Mastering tea brewing and the science behind good extraction requires constant practice.
In this practice session, we will focus on brewing and tasting. Participants will take turns to brew at the main station, and then taste (and comment) on tea brewed by the other participants. Together we will learn to identify the nuanced flavours and complexity in each brew. Our instructors will help you master the craft of tea brewing and take your tea-tasting skills to the next level.
