Tea Brewing class

Tea brewing goes beyond merely preparing a cup of beverage and embodies the spirit and ideology of the craft as an art form. In this class you will learn the basics of tea brewing using the small pot method; how to make a good brew, how to use tea utensils, the basics of appreciating tea, and the mannerism guiding it.

Notes:
- The venue is a shoes-off space.
- Students are advised to have a meal before arriving.
- Avoid strong perfume or lipstick as it will interfere with the ability to smell and taste tea accurately.
