Tea Tasting and Identification
In this class you will learn about the six main types of Chinese tea through the following points: origins, processing and flavour profile. We will brew and taste each type of tea so you leave with a deep understanding of the unique character of each type of tea.
– The venue is a shoes-off space.
– Students are advised to have a meal before arriving.
– Avoid strong perfume or lipstick as it will interfere with the ability to smell and taste tea accurately.
